BabelStone Mongolian is a Unicode Mongolian font that covers all characters required for Mongolian, Todo, Manchu and Sibe usage. It supports shaping as best I have been able to, but if you find any issues with shaping please let me know.
The font was designed by autotracing the glyphs for Mongolian characters given in the official Unicode code charts for the Mongolian and the Mongolian Supplement blocks. The resultant glyphs have been adjusted and tweaked to create a consistent glyph style which is slightly different from the original glyph style.
BabelStone Mongolian supports all Mongolian characters included in Unicode version 11.0 (released June 2018).
BabelStone Mongolian supports vertical layout at the application level, and so displays Mongolian text in horizontal orientation in plain text environments. A variant on this font, called BabelStone Mongolian Upright, supports vertical Mongolian in plain text environments, but with upright glyphs limited to all legal single syllables and some commonly occuring multisyllable words in Mongolian and Manchu. It is designed for embedding single Mongolian or Manchu words in horizontal (Chinese, Russian, English, etc.) text without needing to rotate the Mongolian text at the application level.

BabelStone Mongolian is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which means you are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes, and to redistribute it by itself or as part of a free or commercial software package, just as long as you do not sell the font on its own. The license also allows you to modify the font in any way you like, as long as the modified font does not use "BabelStone" in its name. Please read the license for details.
